Hook Rash Swimbait Tracers were created to help anglers see their swimbait in murky, stained water, and we could not love them more! They are very bright, they appear to glow in the water and improve visibility of your swimbait 100%. Ryan Rigged Fishing has a phenomenal video demonstrating just how awesome these swimbait modifications work. Please check it out below and show him some support! He is a great guy, has a passion for fishing, and his videos and IG page are both incredibly helpful!

Hi, this is Jake from Hook Rash. I created this company and products based on my experience fishing swimbaits. I was inspired by Oliver Ngy and the Big Bass Dreams movement to start using swimbaits. Like so many, I also love the look, design, and feel of DRT Swimbaits. What I did not like was dropping $$ on a swimbait and pulling it out of the water and seeing hook rash on it. So I started thinking of ways to protect my swimbaits and long story short I created Hook Rash Swimbait Armor. While Swimbait Armor is not going to last forever, it is going to do its job when you hook the fish that puts up a big fight. I compare the Swimbait Armor to a cell phone screen protector... if you drop your cell phone with a screen protector on it, you'll most likely discover the screen protector is cracked but the phone is perfect. Eventually you need to replace the screen protector to ensure the phone itself does not end up damaged after repeat drops. The same thought process should be applied to the Hook Rash Swimbait Armors. You will need to use your best judgement for when it is time to replace the armor. I hope this backstory and information helps. Please comment, ask questions, let me know how your Hook Rash Swimbait Armor is holding up, etc. Here are a couple videos on how to install and how to remove Hook Rash Swimbait Armor. Thanks!
